2000-2004, Assistant Oklahoma County Public Defender. Felony trial lawyer.

1993-2000, Solo Practice, Oklahoma City, Ok. Practice, included both civil and criminal trail work, first amendment litigation and workers' compensation defense.

1989-1993, J.W. Coyle, III, Inc.  Duties included criminal defense, first amendment litigation on behalf of adult bookstores, adult magazines, erotic gentlement's clubs and their employees and workers' compensation defense.
 1988-1989, Assistant City Attorney, Moore, Ok.  Duties included municipal prosecutions, forming and drafting legal opinions and athe defense of civil lawsuits against the city, its official and employees.
1986-1988, Legal Intern, Sherman, Pool, Coldiron and Blankenship.  Duties included drafting of motions, municpal prosecutions, legal research and writing in the area of munisipal government law.
